We all got a bit snap happy with the camera when i went round to George, Tom and Dawns house. After deciding which cow they wanted we all went into the garden where they have a field backed on to them which is full of cows!!! they normally peer over the fence and have a nosy but they were not playing with us this day but we still took some nice photos tho thanks guys :) x

Of all the cows i have painted and named with the help of you guys i cant actually believe i never named one Mrs Cow!!! Well Caroline Hull did when i happened to drop in the gallery as she was buying one i had to put her on the spot to name it and when she named it Mrs Cow as her daughter calls them i had to laugh its the best name yet. Thank you Caroline it was lovely to meet you x

When Paul Whellighan From Liverpool bought his cow and named it 'Betty' i wasn't expecting him to go home and add his little touch to it but i must admit it looks pretty cool with those goggley eyes he has stuck on. He also spotted this giant Cow whilst on holiday in Las Vegas and sent me the image so now you know what's on my wish list.....

I happened to be popping into Cherry Tree gallery just as margaret Gawley was contemplating which funky cow she will be taking home and i was thrilled when she named her Cow after my God daughter Gracie mai and apparently now Gracie it is sitting proud on the wall in her living room. Thankyou Margaret!!! x

The Crewe and Nantwich guardian cover the news on Nikki's exhibition at the hollies for their new 'friesan rooms' which opened on 2nd april. The paintings offer a colourful backdrop to their new coffee shop the menu truly is devine and has yummy things like the ' hollies moo moo' which is a chocolate brownie, layered with fruit coulis, vanilla icecream and topped with whipped cream and flaked chocolate mmmm! and Annabel was the lucky cow to  chosen to sit pretty on the top of all the hollies menus.
