Conditions Relating to Purchases and Payments
You can purchase an item by clicking the ‘Add to Basket' button, and then ‘Show Cart' and ‘Checkout'. All payments will be processed by Paypal, and shall be subject to Paypal terms and conditions.
Any order for an item shall be deemed to be an offer by you (the purchaser) to purchase the item and any acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and will be looked at. It does not denote acceptance of your order as availability of the items must be verified. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided when ordering. We shall not be obliged to accept an order if all details requested have not been stated correctly.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices on the website, in the event of a price error, we will not be bound to honour any orders placed at the incorrect price. Orders received will be deemed as offers to buy and not as acceptance of an offer. In the event of such an error, we will advise you of the correct price for the item(s) and you may choose to purchase at this price or to cancel your order.
No order submitted by you shall be accepted by us unless and until we confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail (where applicable) or telephone. Due to the nature of the artwork, quantities of many items are strictly limited, therefore if an item has sold out you may be given the choice of purchasing an alternative item or of cancelling your order.
By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your credit card or Paypal account as detailed at the time of your order. In the event of your order not being accepted by us for any reason you will receive a full and immediate refund.
All contracts formed through the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of England.
Returns
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We shall make every effort to ensure that goods arrive as ordered and in perfect condition. When your order arrives please check it immediately. In the event of any item arriving damaged, or if items are delivered incorrectly, please notify us as soon as possible using our contact form, email, or by telephone on 07738123406. Any damage or errors must be reported to us within three days of receipt of your order. We will arrange for collection and replacement at our expense. If it is not possible to provide a replacement we will offer you the option of a full refund or an alternative item of similar value.
Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
If you decide to withdraw from your purchase, please notify us within seven days of receiving the item(s) by email, telephone or using the contact form so that we can provide you with instructions on how to return the items. As soon as we have received the goods in perfect resaleable condition we will provide you with a full refund.
Delivery
We will endeavor to deliver all items within 1-5 working days of you placing your order. Delivery will be using an appropriate Royal Mail service, or a courier service in the case of original artwork. If you do not recieve your order within five working days, please contact us immediately by email, contact form or telephone on 07738123406 in order for us to trace it for you.
